All of our products are made to order, meaning each item is specially produced after your purchase.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days before being shipped.

Shipping Time:
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 7–12 business days, depending on your location. Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise.

Delays:
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, customs, or other factors outside of our control. Delays do not qualify for refunds.

Incorrect Information:
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Customs & Duties:
For international orders, any customs fees, import duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Items:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order with evidence so we can assist. Claims for lost items must also be made within this timeframe.
