Refund Policy

All of our lamps are made to order, so we only offer refunds if you are eligible, if so you must reach out to us within 5 days of receiving your order. 

To be eligible for a refund:
• Your item must arrive damaged or not as advertised
• You must return the item to us (please contact us for return instructions)
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

 

 

Please note:
• We do not offer refunds for delayed shipments or accidental purchases/change of mind

• Items that do not meet the above conditions will not be eligible for a refund
